Marvel Studio’s has unveiled their first teaser and poster for Ant-Man, the new Peyton Reed film, starring Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas. Of course, being Marvel, they’ve gotten rather cheeky with the marketing, as the first poster shows below. But the teaser is a nice blend of what we’ve come to expect from Marvel Studios, without giving much a way. This is a teaser trailer, so while it’s not perfect, it works. While many of us wonder “What if?” when it comes to Edgar Wright’s version, the trailer for Peyton Reed’s film is fun and imaginative, and completely in the MCU wheelhouse. It’s just going to be a fun ride. Check it out below, and leave your thoughts.
Ant-Man opens July 17, 2015.
