Comfort and joy found themselves wrapped in holiday splendor this past week, with the return of Pacific Chorale’s highly anticipated, “Tis the Season” concert! Featuring the spectacular talents of Artistic Director and Conductor, Robert Istad, the unforgettable Pacific Chorale ensemble, as well as the Southern California Children’s Concert Chorus, it was truly a night to remember.
This annual tradition unwraps countless holiday melodies and favorites from all corners of the Christmas tree, including timeless carols, as well as one-of-a-kind arrangements of classics made new, warming both our hearts and filling them with that ever special holiday spirit. Pacific Chorale is the perfect way to ring in the season and provides an experience you will want to relive year after year.
For those who did not get to participate in this year’s festivities, or for those wishing to relive every special moment, here’s a quick look at this year’s program. Filled with charming guest conductors, special surprise costume changes that fit as a perfect send off for Segerstrom’s Nutcracker, as well as a visit from the man with the bag himself, not even Santa Claus could have predicted such a fun and merry night of frivolity.
