The new three-disc collector’s set is made for diehard fans of the film, but Brolin’s unauthorized behind-the-scenes featurette has its funny moments as Brolin and Bardem reveal the negatives of working with the Coens, in candid interviews that may or may not be put-ons. There also are Q&As with the Coens and a fascinating “making of” documentary. The third disc is a digital copy that can be downloaded to watch on the go.
