Mark your calendars, coffee lovers — the Starbucks holiday menu arrives November 5, 2026, and this year’s lineup mixes beloved returning favorites with some brand-new treats.
Returning Holiday Beverages
The classics are back: Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai all return to warm up the season.

New: Tiramisu Velvet Lineup
Inspired by the classic Italian dessert, Starbucks is debuting the Tiramisu Velvet Latte (available hot or iced) and Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. Both are topped with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa and coffee dusting.
New: Apple Pomegranate Refresher
For something bright and refreshing, the new Apple Pomegranate Refresher features crisp apple flavors with popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. Prefer it creamy? The Snowy Apple version is made with coconut milk.

Holiday Food
New bites joining the menu November 5 include the Bearista Cake Pop (inspired by the iconic Bearista Glass Cold Cup), a hearty Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese, and a Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich with a new recipe. Returning treats include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.

Holiday Merchandise
Three new merch collections drop November 5: the Holiday Bearista collection (Bearista-adorned drinkware, a plush keychain, and accessories), the Holiday Village collection celebrating Starbucks’ Seattle roots with keepsakes inspired by the original Pike Place store, and a Peppermint Mocha collection pairing retro charm with modern design.

The Winter Wonderland collection follows on November 17 with cool-toned drinkware, and the fan-favorite original Bearista Glass Cold Cup returns at a date to be announced.

Red Cup Day Returns
The beloved tradition is back later this season — on Red Cup Day, customers receive a collectible reusable holiday cup with the purchase of any handcrafted holiday beverage. The exact date is still under wraps, so stay tuned.

Can’t wait until November 5? The holiday flavors have already hit grocery store shelves, including the new Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee alongside returning holiday coffees, creamers, and ready-to-drink favorites.
